As a museum, nature preserve, and family attraction nestled in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Woolaroc had strong name recognition with locals, but struggled to capture new audiences or convert curious visitors into paying guests. Their website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and wasn’t mobile-friendly. We discovered:

  • Their site was invisible for top tourism and museum-related searches, both statewide and regionally.

  • Google Ads lacked conversion tracking, meaning no one knew which ads actually worked.

  • Core pages (like “Visit Us” or “Plan Your Day”) were buried or confusing.

  • The website wasn’t ADA compliant or optimized for mobile—which was hurting user experience and bounce rate.

Our strategy focused on three pillars:

  1. Rebuild the website with a modern CMS, intuitive nav, and responsive design.

  2. Create an SEO framework tied to local search and user intent—targeting tourism, museums, family travel, and education.

  3. Overhaul Google Ads with goal-based tracking, local targeting, and retargeting flows to pull users back into booking paths.

We delivered a modern website redesign that reflected Paducah Insurance’s professionalism and community-first values. The build included a fresh visual identity with clean fonts, high-resolution imagery, and a trustworthy color palette. We implemented a streamlined homepage CTA flow designed to quickly funnel users into quote requests, supported by simplified navigation separating personal, business, and specialty insurance lines. The site also features dedicated landing pages for each service area, using icon-based breakdowns for fast comprehension. To improve engagement, we embedded clickable phone numbers and inline contact forms throughout the experience, optimized for mobile users. On the technical side, the website was built with a mobile-first layout, using tap-friendly buttons and short, digestible page lengths to maximize usability. We also prioritized performance and optimization, enhancing load speed, hosting stability, and ADA compliance. Structurally, the site was made SEO-friendly with clear H1s, optimized title tags, descriptive alt text, and schema markup to help search engines categorize the content correctly. Finally, Google Analytics was installed with event tracking configured to measure quote form completions, enabling better visibility into conversion behavior across devices.
