We started with a hard look at how RMADA communicated both internally and externally. We reviewed decks, past social posts, leadership frameworks, training curriculums, and off-the-cuff stories from the field. The goal was to identify what made RMADA unique—and what was missing in their messaging.

We discovered the core tension: RMADA had authority earned, but not authority shown. The leadership and performance training world is flooded with trend-hopping consultants. RMADA had the opposite problem—they were too real for the fluff.

Our strategy focused on:

  3. Structuring the brand’s philosophy into usable marketing assets

We created a full-spectrum marketing system for RMADA, beginning with a strong social media strategy rooted in original thought leadership, punchy posts, and sharp copy that reflected their military-inspired tone. We launched a monthly video and podcast production pipeline, handling scripting, filming, editing, and distribution across platforms, positioning the RMADA founder as a no-nonsense authority in the leadership space. We also built out long-form case studies for flagship clients, giving future prospects a behind-the-scenes view into RMADA’s approach, frameworks, and outcomes. The new SEO-optimized website was structured to drive leads and clearly articulate RMADA’s offerings, methodology, and differentiators.
